About the Role
As a Volunteer Recruiter and HR Specialist, you’ll help us attract talented volunteers, improve recruitment processes, support onboarding, and contribute to creating an exceptional volunteer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Volunteer Recruitment
You’ll help identify, attract and recruit passionate volunteers from around the world by:
- Creating engaging volunteer job descriptions
- Posting vacancies on volunteer recruiting websites
- Recruiting volunteers online through multiple platforms
- Screening CVs and volunteer applications
- Conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating interviews with department managers
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Improving recruitment processes
- Helping recruit volunteers for online and field-based projects
- Supporting initiatives focused on recruiting diverse volunteers
