มูลนิธิ ด็อก มาร์ตินส์ แชริตี้ เคารพในความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่านและมุ่งมั่นที่จะคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตาม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมและประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านเมื่อท่านมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับเรา (เช่น การบริจาคเงิน, การสมัครรับข่าวสาร, หรือการติดต่อเรา):

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายดังต่อไปนี้:

• เพื่อดำเนินการตามยอดบริจาคของท่านและออกใบเสร็จรับเงินอย่างเป็นทางการ
• เพื่อส่งข่าวสาร ประชาสัมพันธ์ และข้อมูลกิจกรรมของมูลนิธิ (เฉพาะเมื่อได้รับความยินยอมจากท่านเท่านั้น)
• เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเว็บไซต์และตอบกลับข้อซักถามของท่าน

3. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

• เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้ข้างต้น หรือตามที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด (เช่น กฎหมายภาษีอากร)

• สิทธิ์ในการขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบัน
• สิทธิ์ในการขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
• สิทธิ์ในการคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล

6. ช่องทางการติดต่อ

หากท่านต้องการใช้สิทธิ์ของท่าน หรือมีข้อสงสัยใดๆ เกี่ยวกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ โปรดติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (DPO) ของเราได้ที่:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/07/2026

1. Voluntary Donations (One-Off Contributions)

• General Rule: All one-off monetary donations made to us via our website, payment gateway, or offline channels are considered final and non-refundable. Once processed, these funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing charitable programs.
• Genuine Errors: We recognize that technical glitches or typing mistakes can happen. If you accidentally entered the wrong amount (e.g., adding an extra zero) or duplicated a transaction, please contact us immediately.
• Discretionary Review: While we are under no legal obligation to refund voluntary gifts, genuine technical errors or unauthorized card use will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Recurring Donations & Sponsorships (Cancellations)

If you have signed up for a regular, recurring monthly donation program to support our cause:

• Right to Cancel: You may cancel your recurring donation subscription at any time, with no penalties or hidden fees.
• How to Cancel: To halt future automatic deductions, please log into your donor dashboard or notify our team via email at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date.
• Past Payments: Cancellation stops all future payments; it does not automatically trigger a refund for months already processed.
