Corporate Giving & CSR Partnerships in Thailand

Your business.
A shared purpose.

Bring your business, your people and a shared purpose together.

Support Doc Martyn’s healthcare and community outreach work in Thailand through corporate giving. Whether you are exploring a company donation, equipment support or a team fundraiser, start with a conversation about what your business could contribute.

Find a way for your business to help

Corporate giving can take different forms. Explore these starting points, then discuss what fits your business and the foundation’s current needs.

01

Make a company donation

A financial contribution can be a straightforward way to support the foundation. Discuss a one-off gift or a longer-term commitment, and ask about current priorities before deciding how to help.

02

Support equipment and essential supplies

Your business could help fund needed items or discuss suitable goods you already have. Contact us before buying or sending anything so we can confirm the need, suitability and arrangements.

03

Bring your team together through fundraising

Turn a shared interest into a workplace fundraiser. A quiz, team challenge or staff-led event could bring colleagues together around a common cause. Talk through your idea with us before promoting it.

04

Explore employee giving and matching

If your company wants to encourage voluntary staff donations, consider whether it could match employees’ contributions. Discuss a practical approach with us; any company match would be funded and agreed by your business.

05

Create a customer-facing campaign

Have an idea to connect a product, service or business milestone with a charitable contribution? Discuss the proposal before launch. Agree the donation amount or percentage, campaign dates, payment arrangements and use of the foundation’s name in advance.

Start with the needs, then shape the partnership

A useful partnership begins with two questions: what does the foundation need, and what can your business realistically offer?

Bring your budget, interests and proposed timing to the conversation. We can explore a suitable next step without asking you to choose a fixed sponsorship package first.

From first conversation to an agreed plan

01

Tell us about your business

Share your interests, available resources and the people who would be involved. Bring any proposed timing or budget, even if the details are still flexible.

02

Discuss a suitable opportunity

Explore current needs, practical requirements and any limits on what is possible. This helps both sides decide on a realistic next step.

03

Agree the details before you begin

Confirm the scope, responsibilities, donation arrangements and any communications or updates to be provided. Agree the use of names and logos before announcing a partnership.

Corporate giving questions

Can a small business get involved?

If your business has an idea or resources to offer, start a conversation with us. Explain what you have in mind so we can discuss whether it fits current needs.

Can we donate goods instead of money?

Please discuss the items with the team before arranging a delivery. Share details of their type, quantity and condition so we can check suitability and agree any next steps.

Can we use the logo or describe ourselves as a partner?

Agree permission and wording with the foundation first. Booking a meeting or making a proposal does not automatically grant permission to use the logo or imply an endorsement.

Can we receive updates about our contribution?

Tell us what information your business needs during the initial discussion. Agree what updates are feasible and how often they can be provided before making a commitment.

Are company donations tax deductible?

Tax treatment depends on your business and the rules that apply to it. Seek advice relevant to your circumstances, and discuss any documentation you need with the team before donating.

Ready to explore a partnership?

You do not need a finished CSR proposal. Bring an idea, a question or a budget you would like to discuss.
